The support staff at Rampart Software Development is available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at support@rampartgames.com. Please include the following information in your email when you write to us:

  • Your name
  • The Rampart product you purchased
  • The make and model of your device; for example, iPhone 4S 16GB (Sprint), Samsung Galaxy S3 (AT&T)
  • Whether or not you are using a memory card
  • At the time of the problem, any other software you had running in the background on your device
  • A brief description of the problem you are having.
We will respond within 24 hours of receipt of your problem submission.
