- Your name
- The Rampart product you purchased
- The make and model of your device; for example, iPhone 4S 16GB (Sprint), Samsung Galaxy S3 (AT&T)
- Whether or not you are using a memory card
- At the time of the problem, any other software you had running in the background on your device
- A brief description of the problem you are having.
